Kelly Nam

Before her position as Executive Pastry Chef/ Partner at Joomak Banjum, she was the executive pastry chef at Electric Lemon in Hudson Yards and the former executive pastry chef at the one Michelin star restaurant Frenchie in Paris. She won the Best Pastry Chef of 2022 in NYC by the Michelin Guide.
